We store the details you type into an enquiry, a demo booking, or a support account: name, email, phone, company, and the message.

Staff use those records to reply. We do not sell them. Access inside the company follows the role on the account: support can work the desk, editors can change the site, and customers can see their own tickets.

Passwords are stored as a one-way hash. Session cookies are marked HTTP-only.
